We are expanding and refining our service areas to research, monitoring, evaluation & learning (RMEL); data systems for decision-making; program implementation and scale-up interventions; capacity strengthening; and serve as a dynamic Regional Hub that brings together subgrantees, national organizations, and funding partners—to better support governments, donors, and institutions in their pursuit of resilient, equity-centered solutions.
