Yaoundé, 23 July 2025 — In a ceremony marked by both solemnity and optimism, EVIHDAF and Cameroon’s Ministry of Public Health (MINSANTE) have officially signed a framework agreement, aiming to generate and share evidence that supports informed decision-making.
